‘Alice in Wonderland’ inspired video shoot

In June I was invited to tag along with Brett & Kristie from NGG Studios and do some behind the scenes footage for them. The model shoot had an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ theme and was held at Coolibah Downs on the Gold Coast.

Many other talented wedding suppliers were on hand to showcase their work which included everything from gowns and cakes to makeup and floral designs.  Here is a list of everyone that was involved:

I had such a fun time on this shoot and I want to say thank you to everyone for allowing me free range to get the footage I needed.  I always try to stay invisible when I can, but I know some of you were camera shy! Kylie & Nick, wedding highlights

Kylie & Nick were married at Coolibah Downs on the Gold Coast with their reception at the Quality Inn in Mermaid Waters.

It’s always a good day when you know the other main suppliers at a wedding.  Adam from Deep Grey Photography captured all the snaps and Karen Miles did a wonderful job conducting the ceremony.  It was the first time I had ever seen a dog as the ring bearer, but that’s what I love about my job.

Tom & Christine, wedding highlights

October 10th, 2009

“WOW!!!!! What a fantastic preview of our wedding video!!! Barbara was great fun on the day and worked in so well with the photographers, Nicole and Andrew. We really appreciate you uploading our fabulous video so quicky for our family and friends to see. It was so great to have a sneak preview on our honeymoon and re-live the joys and memories of our very special day. We are looking forward to viewing the complete video soon.” – Christine

Tom & Christine had their ceremony at Coolibah Downs in Nerang and were lucky to have Andrew Thurtell as their photographer.

Barbara was the video shooter on the day and did a wonderful job capturing some great expressions of the happy couple. The Italian-themed setting at Emerald Lakes provided the backdrop for the photo session of the day.
